Springwatch comes to Pensthorpe

The BBC cameras have relocated to the wildlife rich nature reserve of Pensthorpe for this years Springwatch.

Pensthorpe is located just outside Fakenham in North Norfolk. It covers heathland, marshland, grassland, ancient woodlands, farmland, field margins, lakes and ponds and water meadows. A fruitful home for 171 recorded wild bird species, badgers, rabbits, stoats, weasels, water voles, otters, reptiles and beautiful species of butterflies as well as the BBC’s Bill Oddie and Kate Humble for the coming weeks.

Bank holiday Sun for Norfolk
